Refund and exchange policy

There is no refund or exchange.

In the event that there is a defect in the product or any error, you must submit to us for an exchange within 3 days, after that the right to claim the replacement will .be forfeited

The following are not considered defective:

1- The threads are not considered defective because they are part of the product (they are only cut). We are not responsible if the customer damages the product by pulling the threads, meaning not subject to compensation or exchange.

2- The logo and its simple difference: because it is (hand embroidery), it wont be the exact same copy in every product, it is normal and is not subject to compensation or exchange .

If the customer wants to cancel the order whose condition is (new) only, 5% is deducted from the amount, which is the website fee.
